These terms govern the use of the marketing site at stoaa.app. The Stoaa mobile app, when released, will have its own end-user license agreement appropriate to its clinical and consumer-product surfaces.

The information on this site is for general information. It is not medical advice. Stoaa, the product, is not a medical device; nothing on this site is a substitute for consulting a qualified mental-health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the contact forms, scrape the site, attempt to circumvent rate limiting, or upload malware via form fields. We log abuse-relevant data (hashed IP, timestamp) and will block sources that violate this.

Intellectual property

All site copy, design, screenshots, and product names are the property of Stoaa Health, SIA unless explicitly attributed otherwise. The phrase "Stoaa" as applied to this product is a brand in active use; please do not use it for a competing product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Latvian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
